Just came back from Prague after a 4-day visit and trying Trdlo was definitely one of the highlights of Czech cuisine! That freshly baked sugary bread is very tasty - i strongly recommend everyone tries it
Most of the local tastes are loaded with garlic & meat.
Trdlo comes as a surprise!
It was delicious! But nobody seems to know where it comes from. It’s not, apparently, a traditional Czech food, but I recommend it highly.
